Bella Ragazza (2004) is the third 140 ft sailing yacht in a row, after African Queen, now called Red Dragon and Whirlaway. Layout and styling, both on deck and below, are very different on each of the three yachts. Bella Ragazza has a more contemporary styling and detailing and has a totally different appearance with her light interior.
Bella Ragazza is a comfortable world cruiser, equipped and finished to a high standard. She combines comfort with seaworthiness and has lots of interior space. The current layout has four crew cabins with laundry, galley and crew mess in the forward part of the yacht. Owners’ state room with four guest cabins are located in the aft part of the yacht. A special feature is the hall way going through the aft part of the yacht to the deck. There is a big salon divided in deck salon and lower salon, offering great opportunity for launching, dining and entertaining. From the deck salon there is a beautiful view outside.
Bella Ragazza has an interior detailed by Dick Young Designs Ltd. The concept is to achieve a calm and restful interior using minimal detailing in Birchwood, brushed stainless steel and oiled teak. The furniture is finished in matt varnished rotary cut birch with limed birchwood beams to the overhead. The bulkheads have kick recesses with a stainless steel trim. The floors are made in oiled teak with wengé lines between the floorboards.
Bathrooms have floating teak counter tops with stone basins with hidden back lighting. Also featured are Stainless Vola taps and fittings. The owners’ suite is on twin levels and features separate dressing room and sauna.
