Vitters Service

Vitters’ engagement to a project does not finish when the yacht is commissioned and delivered, nor when the warranty period has ended. We are attached to and love ‘our’ yachts! Vitters continues the relationship with owners and crew – even after a change of ownership – via an easily accessible 24/7, year-round service department, also approachable through a strategically-placed, manned service hub in Palma.

Over the years Vitters welcomed back a large part of her fleet in Palma or at the shipyard in Zwartsluis, for classification-driven maintenance and refit work and/or refurbishment of interior and systems.  Vitters Service will benefit from the expertise and level of quality Vitters Shipyard has adopted as standard. All refit projects will benefit from the in-house expertise with regards to engineering, project management and outfitting.

The Vitters Service offers inhouse skills and expertise completed with leading industry sub-contractors and suppliers to provide the best solution for every refit and/or service job.

Vitters Service Palma

Next to the Vitters Service team at the shipyard in Zwartsluis, there is also a Vitters Service team based in Palma de Mallorca. After we have picked up the mooring line of a visiting yacht, reliable, fast and accessible service for all yachts will be the next step. The Service organization in Palma is an independent subsidiary of Vitters and will be supported from the headquarters in the Netherlands. All yacht building skills are available in the Service organization in Palma supported with project management expertise.
