Vitters’ engagement to a project does not finish when the yacht is commissioned and delivered, nor when the warranty period has ended. We are attached to and love ‘our’ yachts! Vitters continues the relationship with owners and crew – even after a change of ownership – via an easily accessible 24/7, year-round service department, also approachable through a strategically-placed, manned service hub in Palma.
Project-related information such as CAD drawings, schematics, a list of subcontractors, parts suppliers, and much more, is shared and regularly updated with our service department. Pertinent information is thus available, first hand, immediately upon receiving an enquiry from owner, captain or crew.
